The heat shock resistance of tempered glass is 3 times of ordinary annealed glass;
Safety
Tempered glass forms crushing stress through the quench so that the compressive
stress is increased .Thereby it is not easy to be broken by shocks. Even though it is
broken by crushing load, the debris are of obtuse angle and almost do not harm the
human body.
